AMSY's automatic capsule filling machine fills hard gelatine capsules with powder or granule. It is capable of handling various size capsules, filling them with high precision and then closing them automatically.

Simple operation

The machine is simple to operate. Just fill the empty capsules into the capsule hopper, and the product into the feeder's bin. After this the machine automatically performs all the necessary tasks to fill the capsules.

The capsules are first sorted and aligned for opening. Then they are filled using an adjustable volumetric dosing system, and as a final step, the capsules are closed.
