AMSY's tablet counters can fill anywhere from 1 tablet to the hundreds into a single container, with speeds up to 200 bottles per minute.
Each bottle is checked for the correct number of tablets and for broken (or half tablets). This is done with a high speed electrostatic verification system that checks every single tablet that passes through the machine. Bottles that don't meet the preset criteria get rejected.
Our tablet counters are designed and manufactured following the "Good Manufacturing Practice" (aka. GMP) guidelines. Machine are constructed from 316 stainless steel. All contact parts are pharmaceutical grade.
Tablet counters feature a large touch screen display, from which you can control every aspect of the
counting process. You can adjust the speed, load or save product settings, or see productions statistics.
All contact parts can be removed quickly, for fast cleaning
