Our tea bagging machines pack filter tea into filter paper bags. The bags are equipped with string and tags, then placed into carton boxes. We also have machines that put each tea bag into paper envelopes. Or we have machine that puts the tea bags into hermetically sealed sachets.
The filter tea is filled into small bags, made of heat-sealable filter paper.
Each tea bag is equipped with thread and tags.
Model B: tea bags are put into paper outer envelopes.
Model C: tea bags are placed into hermetically sealed foil sachets.
The tea bags produced are placed into cartone boxes.
Each machine can produce around 90-120 tea bags/minute.
The machine is built to handle the complete tea bagging operation.
The machine ican be operated by single operator.
