Tea Bagging Machines: EC 12/B Classic
with Paper Overwrap
EC 12/B is the extended model producing 110 tea bags per minute. The tea is filled into a single chamber tea bag. The bag itself is formed from filter paper, that is heat sealed. Simultaneously tags are attached to the thread. The thread is attached to the filter bag without the use of staples, or glue. The thread is then wound around the tea bags. The paper overwrapping material is formed around the tea bags, that are also heat sealed.The completed filter tea bags are grouped in predefined count lots. The groups are easily distinguished by their first tea bag slightly offset in the vertical dimension. These groups can then be easily inerted into the tea boxes by the operator.
