Tea Bagging Machines: EC 12/B Automatic
with Automatic Cartoning and Paper Overwrap
EC 12/B Automatic is the extended model producing 110 tea bags per minute. The tea is filled into a single chamber tea bag. The bag itself is formed from filter paper, that is heat sealed. Simultaneously tags are attached to the thread. The thread is attached to the filter bag without the use of staples, or glue. The thread is then wound around the tea bags. The paper overwrapping material is formed around the tea bags, that are also heat sealed.The completed filter tea bags are grouped in 25 piece lots. The groups are inserted in upright position and placed in either 25, 50 or 100 count boxes (in 1, 2 or 4 rows) by the packer.
As an option you can order this packer as a EC 12Y model, which will produce bigger volume tea bags.
The machine was also designed to work together with the AC 8 cartoner, allowing the two to work together as an automatic assembly line.
