EC 12/T is the extended model producing 110 tea bags per minute. The tea is filled into a single chamber tea bag. The bag itself is formed from filter paper, that is heat sealed. Simultaneously tags are attached to the thread. The thread is attached to the filter bag without the use of staples, or glue. The thread is then wound around the tea bags.
At the same time, a preset number of bags are placed into a tube that is made of heatsealable hermetic material. These are sealed and cut for delivery.
This is the ideal solution for a very economic final product. By default five teabags are placed inside a grouping bag. It is possible to vary the quantity of teabags to be packed in each bag (which can be adjusted within just seconds). You can also modify the length of the bags, or decide on the quantity of bags-in-a-row to be kept together without separation. The bags will be notched to allow fast separation.
The machinery is also equipped with a rejection system that ensures that no empty teabags are passed and that all the groups are complete. This saves bag material and ensures that each bag will contain the proper amount of full teabags.
