Performance

AMSY's tablet counters can fill anywhere from 1 tablet to the hundreds into a single container. It can do it at speeds up to 200 bottles per minute. The tablet hopper allows large amount of tablets to be stored for filling, which is automatically fed to the equipment and then precisely counted into the bottles.

Quality

Tablet counting is extremely accurate, which is controlled by a special electrostatic verification system. This doesn't just count the tablets, but ensures that their shape and weight is also within your specifications. Any faulty counts, damaged/broken tablets will be rejected immediately.

Industrial standards

The machine is constructed from 316 stainless steel. The built-in rejection system and confirmation ensures that no faulty tablets and or counts get packaged.

Simple operation

Our tablet counter features large touch screen display, from which you can control every aspect of the counting process. It is simple to adjust the equipments speed, to load/save products or to see productions statistics. All contact parts can be quickly removed for fast cleaning before product changes.
