They usually require one operator. The setup, operation, maintenance are simple to do. We offer several tabletop equipments that are small in size, light weight, easy to use/clean, flexible in use and economic.
Tabletop Tablet Counter
AMSY's tabletop tablet counter can handle almost any type of tablets, pills and capsules and can fill them into almost any type of container.
It uses an advanced electronic counting system and is able to fill up to 9999 tablets into a container. The operator loads tablets into the equipment's hopper and places the containers under the outlets of the machine and starts the equipment. The machine then counts the correct number of tablets into the first container, and then continues to fill the second container. The operator then exchanges the first (filled) container to a new (emtpy) one. As the machine finishes filling the second container it starts filling the new container, and the operator can change the filled container to a new one.
The equipment is capable of handling almost any type of containers. It also comes with a sensor that checks the level of tablets in the hopper.

Tabletop Powder Filler
Our tabletop powder filler is used for filling powders, granules. The filling parameters are easily adjustable on the equipment's touch screen display
and can be saved for later use.The operator places a container under the outlet and presses the foot pedal (or fill cycle start button). The equipment then fills the preset amount of product into the container. The operator then places a new container under the outlet and repeats the procedure.
Tabletop Labeler
AMSY's tabletop labeler is the perfect solution for labeling round containers. It can handle labels up to 120 x 300 mm in size.It is easy to operate. The labels are loaded into the label feeding system and the bottle guiding rails are adjusted. After the equipment is turned on, the bottles are manually (or by using a small turntable automatically) fed to the machine. The labeler applies the labels onto the bottles and the wraparound belt ensures that the labels are rolled around the container.
Pouch Sealer
The pouch sealer is used to manually seal small bags and pouches. The equipment is really simple to operate. The operator sets the desired temperature and allow the sealing jaws to heat up. After the jaws reached their operating temperature, the operator places the opening of the bags over the lower jaw and steps on the foot pedal. The heated jaws close, sealing the bag's opening shut.
