With AMSY's loose tea packing machines you can package 50, 100, 250, 500, 1000 or more gramms of tea into bags. And there is no need for separate equipment to achive the product variety. These different size products can be produced with the same equipment.
With the use of our Multihead Weighing and Feeding system
it is possible to pack tea in larger quantities at a higher speed. Using our 14 head multihead system it
is possible to produce 60-80 bags / minute (depending on the tea type).
For smaller speed applications we offer a 4 Lane Linear Weigher
and Feeder. With it you can produce up to 20-30 packs / minute.
