This automated machine places dispensing pumps (aka lotion pumps) into bottles. The dispenser pumps are typically used by cosmetics or household chemical industries for loations, soaps, diswashing products. Our system is automated, from the sorting of the pumps, to the pump placement and torquing.
We designed our machine in a way, so that it can be integrated into existing lines.
The dispenser insertion speed is around 30-60 BPM, depending on the product.
Dispenser pumps arriving in bulk are sorted, and then fed to the system.
The system is able to handle different size and shaped bottles.
Similar dispensers, lotion pumps might be able to handle on the same machine.
Changeovers are quick and simple, macking it easy to change between products.
