Mobile Units
The white series three-phase vacuums represent the most advanced technological solution for pharmaceutical and food powder recovery and extraction. Main features:
- Small footprint;
- Release lever to easily lower and remove container;
- Large filter surface with filter-shaker;
- Very quiet;
- HEPA filter (upstream and downstream);
- Manometer to monitor suction performance Both models are available in painted or stainless steel (standard AISI 304, but also AISI 316L if required), in the flameproof version (ATEX approved), or fitted with special filters for toxic powders, according to the new L-M-H categories.
Horizontal Fixed Units
These very small vacuums are ideal for extracting and recovering small quantities of dust or small trimmings. Thanks to their horizontal layout these compact vacuums represent the perfect solution when only limited space is available, especially where height is a problem. Here are some of these models' main features:
- possibility to separate the motor from the container;
- three-phase induction continuous duty motor;
- polyester high performance filter;
- extremely low noise level (down to 62 dB/A);
- extra small footprint.
Vertical Fixed Units
Just like the horizontal versions, these extremely compact units are mainly used to recover small quantities of dust and trimmings. The layout is vertical, with the motor set inside a strong steel chassis, beneath the container. The 1,6 kW version (model
3151, equivalent to horizontal model
150/36) comes equipped with a manual filter-shaker.
R Models
The white series R models were designed specifically to extract the trimmings directly and continuously from process machines. The most common applications are:
- textile industry (trimmings and dust generated by production);
- packaging industry (nylon/plastic trimmings);
- paper industry (fine cutting and trimming).
Main features:
- Painted or totally stainless steel versions;
- Porthole for visual monitoring of material level inside the container;
- High efficiency and performance thanks to motor placed directly under the container;
- 4 kW version with motor fitted inside the chassis, behind the large 215-liter container (model 3507WR).

The "fixed horizontal base" series offers the same range of motors as the vertical one. Owing to their size and characteristics, these threephase models are used in permanent installations (also where the exhausting unit is separate from the filtering container), particularly where space is at a premium.
