Our Horizontal HFFS Pouch Machines produce small and medium size bags, pouches, formed from a roll of film. The film is heat-sealable. The pouches are filled with liquid and then sealed. The machine can produce different size bags. The format can be changed on the machine itself. Pouches can be coded, printed with date and production information or labeled.

We can produce 3 or 4 side sealed pouches, bags.
Opening the bag is easy, by using the small tear on the side of the pouch.
Pocuhes can be coded or printed with production information.
For difficult to handle product, we can fill the products by weight.
Re-sealable, zip lock bags for bigger volumes.
Stand-up bag production for larger bags.
Bags can be topped off with nitrogen gas, if needed.
Grouping of the bags, labeling, automation to your request.
