The advantages of the OIL models
The advantages of using the OIL models are countless. These were specifically designed to recover oil, viscose liquids and swarf, capable of separating the solids from the liquids by means of "macro-filtration". This operation allows the operator to recycle the recovered oil. The OIL models are ideal to empty sumps with simple and time-saving operation. For instance, to empty a 1.000 liter tank two people require approximately 4-6 hours; with a Oil model the same two people only need one hour to perform the job; with significantly improved quality.How do OIL models operate?
Oil, liquids and swarf collection is generally achieved using an oil resistant rubber hose. The liquid part is seperated from the swarf - which is trapped in the swarf container - and sucked into the tank; inside the tank there is an automatic level control which cuts off the power when the tank is full.Suction can be resumed only after emptying the tank completely. At this point the liquid can be pumped back into the automatic machine by means of a pump, while the swarf container is emptied manually.

OIL675E
The threephase model OIL675 is the most powerful with higher capacity of OIL series. Suitable for industries with lots of automatic machines, it is the perfect solution for removing, filtering and recycling emulsified oil. A macro filtrations system separates the liquids to be recycled from the solid waste and in few minutes pumps the recycled oil into the covery tank of the machine. The greatest benefit of OIL675 is the very good report among profitability (enormous saving of time and oil) and the lowest used resources (very low cost of exercise of the vacuum). The machine is equipped with a ejection pump, so the liquid can be expelled during the sucking ("E" version).Specifications
